Paul Gaston

Paul Gaston is a hands-on journeyman carpenter and construction expert with over 30 years of experience in commercial, residential, municipal, healthcare, and retail projects. He has managed and supervised teams on large-scale renovation, maintenance, and new construction, including O’Hare International Airport, schools, hospitals, city offices, and residential developments. Paul’s expertise covers concrete forming, framing, drywall, finish carpentry, hardware installation, building envelope systems, safety compliance, ADA compliance, and quality assurance. He has held progressive roles from apprentice to project manager and principal, and currently leads Gaston Consulting. Paul maintains OSHA and safety certifications, a City of Chicago General Contractor License, and is skilled in all aspects of construction trade work, from technical carpentry to site supervision and permit management.
