Tim Potter, Ph.D., PAS, is an accomplished equine and animal scientist with extensive experience spanning commercial consulting, litigation support, academic leadership, and hands-on animal science. Since 2004, Dr. Potter has provided technical expertise and training for horse owners, farm managers, and companies, covering risk management, safety, horsemanship, nutrition, reproduction, behavior, appraisals, facility and pasture management, and animal welfare. He has managed and investigated commercial and personal injury litigation involving nutrition, safety, behavior, abuse, neglect, and facility design. In academia, Dr. Potter has developed and delivered educational programs, directed equine programs, and coached award-winning teams. He is skilled in project management, budget oversight, staff and volunteer development, and technical instruction, with a commitment to advancing best practices in animal science and equine facility management.
